The Cornish Gardens are particularly stunning in the Spring and early Summer, when flowering shrubs such as Azaleas and Camellias are at their best.
There are many fabulous gardens in Cornwall open for just a few days a year under The National Gardens Scheme.
The National Trust owns a number of superb Houses, Gardens, Estates and open spaces in Cornwall and Devon many of which are within easy reach of Trevadlock.

Arts, culture and music
There are a huge number of cultural activities available. With some of the most exciting and innovative theatre companies- Kneehigh, Miracle etc- based in or originating from Cornwall, and unique venues such as The Minack theatre, try to schedule in an outdoors performance for a spring or summer evening.

The Fowey Festival, (book early, as the best acts sell out fast), and the fantastic.
For fans of live music, watch out also for the line-up and dates for The Eden Sessions.
Again, these concerts sell out very quickly- and deservedly so, the venue is a perfect setting for some great bands.
