Terms and Conditions
Bookings can only be effected by returning the booking confirmation form accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total rent due. The remainder is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please check availability before completing the booking form.
In the event that any outstanding balance is more than 10 days in arrears we reserve the right to re-let the holiday. However, if we are unable to do so you will remain liable for the outstanding balance.
In the event of cancellation by you, you will be liable for the total amount However we will endeavour to re-let your cottage and if this is possible we will reimburse you 75% of the total price. We do advise that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance as a safeguard, we will provide an application form at the time of booking.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid, without further liability.
The proprietors reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to the other guests or are not treating the property with due respect.
You undertake to leave the cottage and contents clean and tidy on vacation (you will be liable for the cost of any extra cleaning, losses, breakages or damage arising out of your occupancy).
You agree that neither Trevadlock Manor nor any persons in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained by you, or any member of your party, or any person who you might invite to the cottage and grounds of the property during the period booked.
Bookings are for a minimum of one week's duration from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure. Short breaks can be arranged at terms to be agreed.
All facilities at Trevadlock Manor are for the use of guests only.
The proprietors reserve the right to enter the property during your stay.
The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.
You undertake to ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and comply with these conditions.
Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property or grounds.
Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay.
The owner must bring the dogs' bed or basket for sleeping in.
Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time.
